Returns & Exchanges

At Hella Heels AU, we want you to feel fierce and comfortable in your new platforms. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your heels are in brand-new condition, including the original box and protective sole stickers. Items with scuffs, marks, or signs of pole wear will not be accepted.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your heels in their original box and use a mailing satchel to protect the packaging. Ship the parcel back to our Australian warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days, so you can get back to dancing in your dream pair.
